Earlier this year, we introduced SKJÓL and a vision for what will be the next era of luxury living in the Vail Valley. Today, that vision has taken a major step closer to reality as we have officially broken ground and the work is now underway to bring this one-of-a-kind mountain community to life.

Our team is now focused on the final earthwork and site preparation for utilities with vertical construction anticipated to begin this fall. It’s the stage where vision, design and planning become physical – and at SKJÓL, that transition is happening now.
