A New Mountain Village in the Heart of the Vail Valley
Kensington is pleased to announce our new mixed-use joint venture development in the Vail Valley, within the 40-acre master planned Village at Avon in Avon, CO. The project is now under construction and is anchored by a 26,000 sq ft Whole Foods Market and Skjól Avon condos. Additional offerings include retail outlot parcels in front of Whole Foods, as well as approximately 50,000 sf of ground-floor retail opportunities with residential above, centered around a walkable retail corridor.
The Village at Avon is located within the heart of the high barrier-to-entry Vail Valley trade area. Kensington is now marketing and actively having discussions with an exciting mix of local and national retailers for the project. Retail deliveries, including Whole Foods, are expected to begin in Fall 2027.
