October 2026 Community Progress Update

$100M+ in Contracted Sales.
Foundation Work Is Underway.

This summer, Skjól surpassed $100 million in contracted sales. Due to the incredible response for a more thoughtful, effortless way of living in the Vail Valley, we’ve released a new collection of premium residences ahead of schedule.
